1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Warband Score ("Service," "we," "us," or "our"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

Warband Score is a web-based gaming statistics platform that integrates with Blizzard Entertainment's Battle.net API to provide World of Warcraft players with comprehensive character progression tracking, achievement displays, dungeon and raid completion statistics, and related gaming metrics.

3. User Accounts and Registration

3.1 Battle.net Authentication

• Access to our Service requires authentication through your Battle.net account
• You must have a valid Battle.net account and own World of Warcraft
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Battle.net credentials
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

3.2 Account Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service
• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account

4. Permitted Use

You may use our Service to:

• View your World of Warcraft character statistics and achievements
• Track your gaming progression and performance metrics
• Access historical data about your gameplay
• Share your gaming accomplishments (where features allow)

5. Prohibited Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

6. Blizzard Entertainment Integration

• We access your gaming data through Blizzard's official Battle.net API
• Your use of our Service is also subject to Blizzard's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy
• We may be unable to provide certain features if Blizzard modifies or restricts API access
• Data accuracy depends on Blizzard's API and may not reflect real-time game state

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Our Content

• The Service, including its design, features, and functionality, is owned by Warband Score
• Our original content is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws
• You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission

7.2 User Content

• You retain ownership of your gaming data and character information
• By using our Service, you grant us permission to display your gaming statistics
• We do not claim ownership of your Battle.net account or character data

7.3 Third-Party Content

• World of Warcraft game data, icons, and imagery are owned by Blizzard Entertainment
• We use this content under fair use provisions for informational purposes

8. Service Availability

• We strive to maintain service availability but cannot guarantee 100% uptime
• The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or updates
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with notice
• Service availability may be affected by Blizzard API limitations or outages

9. Data and Privacy

• Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy
• We collect and process gaming data as described in our Privacy Policy
• We log limited engagement analytics (such as page views and refresh attempts) using hashed identifiers to understand feature usage and improve the Service
• You may request deletion of your account and associated data

• Gaming statistics are provided for informational purposes only
• Data accuracy depends on Blizzard's API and may contain delays or inaccuracies
• We are not responsible for decisions made based on displayed statistics

10.3 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Warband Score, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

12.1 Termination by You

• You may stop using the Service at any time
• You may request account deletion through our contact methods

12.2 Termination by Us

• We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms
• We may discontinue the Service with reasonable notice
• Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Washington State.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
